TITLE: Prohibition of Children's Toys and Child Care Articles Containing Specified Phthalates AGENCY: Consumer Product Safety Commission ACTION: Request for comments SUMMARY: The Consumer Product Safety Commission (Commission or CPSC) is publishing this document following a Federal court opinion remanding the Commission's final phthalates rule to allow the Commission to address two procedural deficiencies found by the court. This document seeks public comment regarding the justification for the phthalates final rule and the staff's cost-benefit analysis for continuing the interim prohibition on DINP. Written comments should be submitted by 9 May 2022.  This request for comment and previous actions notified under the symbol G/TBT/N/USA/947 are  identified by Docket Number CPSC-2014-0033. It should be noted that Ministerial Decree No. 974/2014 (1 page, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/70/Corr.1 dated 11 June 2015 mandated among others the earlier versions of this standard and the draft of this standard was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/70/Add.1 dated 10 November 2020. This standard cancels and supersedes its last edition 2006 It should be noted that Ministerial Decree No. 93/2013 (4 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/34 dated 30 April 2013 mandated among others the earlier version of this Egyptian standard. This standard cancels and supersedes its last edition 2005 It should be noted that Ministerial Decree No. 93/2013 (4 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/34 dated 30 April 2013 mandated among others the earlier version of this Egyptian standard.   Worth mentioning is that this standard complies with: -       PNS/BAFS 734:2015,Philippine national standard “Dried Anchovies” 2015. -       Codex Standard No. 236-2003 “ standard for boiled dried salted anchovies”. -       Codex Stan No. 94-1981 for "Canned sardines and sardine – type products" Adopted in 1981.
