The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/825 (7 March 2025) is now adopted by Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/1891 of 17 September 2025 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/915 as regards maximum levels of inorganic arsenic in fish and other seafood (Text with EEA relevance). This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
