It should be noted that the Ministerial Decree No. 423/2005 (25 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/3 dated 14 December 2005 mandated among others the earlier version of this Standard. Worth mentioning is that this standard complies with EN 12983-1/2000 +A1/2004. Resolution - RDC number 428 , 7 October 2020 - previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/760/Add.2 - which changes the Resolution - RDC number 177, 21 September 2017, which provides for the ban on the active ingredient Paraquat in pesticides in the country and for transitional risk mitigation measures; and regulates the application of the stocks of the active ingredient Paraquat based products under possession of the Brazilian farmers in the crops management of the agricultural harvest of 2020/2021, was changed by the Resolution - RDC number 436, 5 November 2020.

The  Resolution  - RDC  number 428 , 7 October 2020 - previously notified through  G/TBT/N/BRA/760/Add.2  - which changes the  Resolution - RDC  number 177, 21 September 2017, which provides for the ban on the active ingredient Paraquat in pesticides in the country and for transitional risk mitigation measures; and regulates the application of the stocks of the active ingredient Paraquat based products under possession of the Brazilian farmers in the crops management of the agricultural harvest of 2020/2021, was republished in part, for updating and correction in Art. 2a, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette No. 194 of 8 October 2020, Section 1, p. 67.

Draft Resolution number 69, 9 September 2014 – previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/608 – which establishes that the personal hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes marketed in Brazil must have their chemical composition written in Portuguese in their labels, was adopted as Resolution – RDC number 432, 4 November 2020. The publication of this resolution was made in compliance with a judicial determination.

Products covered: toys (ICS: 97.200.50) This addendum concerns the notification of draft of Egyptian Standard ES 7093 " essential requirements for safety of toys " (partial amendment in 1 page, in Arabic). It should be noted that Ministerial Decree No. 974/2014 (1 page, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/70/Corr.1 dated 11 June 2015, mandated among others the earlier versions of this Standard. Worth mentioning is that this standard has been partially modified in the following items: Table (3) Limits of migratory elements. Item 5 marking. It should be noted that the Ministerial Decree No. 423/2005 (25 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/3 dated 14 December 2005 mandated among others the earlier version of this Standard. Worth mentioning is that this draft standard is technically identical with IS 4117/2008.
