Amendment to the maximum permitted proportions of arsenic, cadmium, lead, barium, manganese and fluoride; and2. To replace the chemical name of chromium (VI) with total chromium.

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - Inmetro, issued the Ordinance No. 335, 04 August 2021 that approves the consolidated metrological technical regulation on the verification of the net content of matches and toothpicks, marketed as pre-packaged goods of equal nominal quantity in number of units. The aim of the consolidation of the regulation is to attend decree no. 10.139 of 28 November 2020. Inmetro Ordinance No. 335 revokes on the date of 1 December 2021: - Ordinance Inmetro No. 48, of 29 January 2007, published in the Official Gazette on 8 February 2007, Section 1, page 358, notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/223/Add.1.
